New Clients
Scheduling an Appointment: You can schedule an appointment with our counselors by calling us at 813-964-5511. To review the counselors bios and credentials, please go to our home page and click on "Meet our Staff". If you are unsure which counselor/therapist would be the best fit for you, simply call us and we will guide you to a counselor/therapist who will meet your needs. Once you are established, you will schedule your appointments directly through our front desk by calling our main number or by re-scheduling your appointments after each session. Please feel free to call our office 24 hours/7 days a week. Your call is important to us. If you do have an emergency, please call 911 immediately. We ask that all new clients arrive for their scheduled appointments at least 15-20 minutes prior to fill out all of the appropriate client and consent forms. (Please note: FCM has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not call and change or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be billed the entire cost of your appointment).
What to expect: At Tampa Bay Christian Counseling/Full Circle Ministries we understand that counseling can be difficult and somewhat uncomfortable. Our goal is to protect your privacy and make you feel as comfortable as we can. Our counselors are there to listen and meet you where you are without judgment or criticism. They help walk you through the process of healing and renewing your mind through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
