This foundation was strengthened by a B.A. in Biblical Education from Columbia International University, and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University. Her forty-year career began as a resident high school Junior Girls’ Counselor in a private Christian boarding school in North Carolina, continued as a Counseling Dean for Women on a Christian collegiate campus and as a Counselor in an Illinois Christian counseling center, then  evolved as a Christian counselor private practice in Illinois and Pennsylvania. Eileen also enjoys more informal counseling opportunities as a pastor’s wife. Over the years, she has co-hosted seminars on sexual abuse, spoken at singles’ gatherings, taught Bible for women and youth, spoken to women's groups, encouraged couples in their marital struggles and parenting challenges, and served middle high school students and their families as a teacher and Guidance Counselor in a Tampa area classical Christian school.
